After an exciting series of releases in June 2014, Jordan Brand is set to feature a number of exciting pairs in July. To start off, the brand will launch the Jordan Future "Gym Red."

The shoes will be released on July 2 (Wednesday) at 8 a.m. EST, which is quite uncommon, considering that most of the releases happen on a Saturday. The Jordan Futures particularly get released mid week.

The Jordan Future "Gym Red" was first introduced as part of the "Quai 54" exclusive release. The red version will finally be set for general release for sneaker fans who were not able to get a pair at Jordan Brand's tournament in Paris, France.

Similar to the previous two-tone Jordan Futures that are quickly gaining popularity, the Gym Red takes on a simple but innovative look. It has the completely woven red upper material. The shoes also have a white midsole and a red outsole. The two fiery tones make it easily stand out and make it a must-have for avid collectors of other red or black and red Jordan shoes. The hints of gold will be seen on the small Jumpman logo on the tongue and the lace tips. The outsoles has a translucent appearance and solid support. These sneakers are very stylish and comfortable in any weather, a report by Nice Kicks said.

The serial number of Jordan Future "Gym Red" is 656503-601. The colorway on the box reads "Gym Red/Gym Red-White". The pair is also set for release with another simple colorway, the Jordan Future "Wolf Grey". The shoes retail at $150.

Collectors may purchase the sneakers at selected retail outlets and special sneaker boutiques. Limited pairs will be released to certain outlets but buyers will find these available at Foot Locker, Finish Line, Champs Store and other official Nike stores around the United States.

In Sneaker News, ordering online may be convenient for many. Visit Jordan.com, footlocker.com, Eastbay.com and Nike.com to order and purchase a pair. The categories will feature the availability of the shoes so buyers can pick the size they want. On Twitter, potential buyers can also follow @Jumpman23, @sneakernews, @footlocker and @nikestore. Some areas may only have limited pairs so people have to RSVP or enter their name in a raffle to get a chance to win the opportunity to purchase a pair. The Twitter accounts will also reveal locations where the shoes may still be available at certain times.
