Comedian Will Ferrell was present for a pep rally in Recife, Brazil on June 25. He showed his support for the United States team playing in the World Cup and gave a pretty impressive, viral quality, speech.

In a report by Yahoo! Sports, Sunil Gulati, President of the U.S. Soccer Federation and a Teddy Roosevelt impersonator, Teddy Goalsevelt, introduced Ferrell, who was wearing a shirt with the American colors blue, red and white as he went up the stage.

He was tagged as "the secret weapon" of the United States team against Germany. Ferrell also joked that he would be playing with the team on the field. He said, "I am so honored to be playing tomorrow. I'm not gonna lie to you, I'm not in the best shape. I'm not in soccer shape right now, but I'm gonna try my best and I'm going to live up to the spirit of this American team."

The 46-year-old added, "If the game gets close, I will bite! I will bite the opponent! I will bite them! I will bite every German player if I have to." The comedian was referring to Luis Suarez of the Uruguay team who bit Giorgio Chiellini during his team's match against Italy.

A video showed the festive atmosphere and the excited American fans who gathered around to cheer for the U.S. team. Ferrell's lines were also featured for social media users to enjoy.

In the video, Teddy Goalsevelt (Mike D'Amico), invited the people to start chanting, "I believe that we will win!" The United States team has been doing well in previous matches and is bound to face heavyweight Germany on June 26.

According to E! Online, Will Ferrell is a soccer fan and even played with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay in a celebrity charity match called Soccer Aid 2012 in England. He said, while wearing his American jersey, "Look for the guy sitting next to Teddy Goalsevelt in a red, white and blue bikini top!" He also pointed out someone in the crowd, "I see one kid wearing a Miami Heat jersey here. Boo! Boo! It's gonna be a great memory for you."

Ferrell concluded by telling his fellow American fans that he will be seeing all of them at the stadium the next day, giving everyone high fives and cheering "USA! USA!" He thanked everyone for the warm welcome and the crowd chanted as Ferrell exited, "I believe that we will win!"
