Our favorite Disney heroine is having another baby? A representative for husband and wife Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell confirmed to Entertainment Tonight on Monday that they are expecting their second child. This is a complete departure for an expectant celebrity couple nowadays, whose significant others are often spied with suspicious growing bellies before they confirm the happy news.
"I can confirm that Kristen and Dax are expecting their second child and a sibling for Lincoln. The whole family is beyond excited," the representative said.
Just last week, the "The House of Lies" and "Veronica Mars" star has revealed to People how she has been enjoying her daughter, who is now a toddler at 15 months.
The 33-year-old said, "She's delicious. It's such a fun age. I feel like having a toddler is exhausting and extremely rewarding - and far more rewarding than exhausting."
Daily Mail said that three days before the announcement, Bell's clothing could have been an indicator that she was indeed, expecting. At a red-carpet event in New York, the blonde mama of one looked her gorgeous self in black skinny jeans and a loose-fitting pale pink layered top. Everyone could have just reasoned her happy and healthy glow to regimen and her beauty team like an A-lister should be, but no one apparently suspected that she was already pregnant.
Earlier, Bell shared her delight to have more children, and said she was eager to have a sibling or more for Lincoln.
She said, "I would love to give [Lincoln] a sibling. I had two older sisters and I think the relationship between siblings is so special. You're able to share that, "We're all in this together. Because growing up is, like, the worst,' she added. 'Your body hurts and you can't communicate with anyone, and you think you know stuff before you know it, and your parents are idiots, and they're embarrassing."
The couple, who had wed last year after a three-year engagement, is not eager, however to share photos of Lincoln and her sibling in the near future, People said, and the couple has remained fervent in their cause.
Earlier this year, Bell reiterated, "Our daughter is not a public figure. We chose to be, we volunteered to be in this business and she did not. I feel it's very important and my number one job as a mother to protect what her interests might be. She might grow up to be very shy and she might not want her picture anywhere. This lifestyle might make her very uncomfortable and I think it's my duty to protect that."
Meanwhile, if there would be a sequel supposedly in development for "Frozen," of which the actress have starred in, this would be one of the reasons why there isn't one. Bustle has already reported that Disney is not making one for one, to the relief of parents around the world who are eager to give Idina Menzel's character's song "Let It Go" rest.
