Singer Marc Anthony presented new evidence at a Los Angeles court as a part of his defense in the alimony lawsuit that his ex wife Dayanara Torres sought to increase from $13,000 dollars a month to $113,000 for her two children.
The former Miss Universe (1993) assuared that the singer has washed his hands from his children, who he rarely visits, comparing the food pension he gives his children, 13-year-old Cristina and 10-year-old Ryan, to the pension he deposits monthly to the children he had with Jennifer López, reported TMZ.
On the alimony he pays to his twin children with JLo, which is described as Dayanara as "a drop in the ocean" for Marc who supposedly wins $1.25 million dollars a month minimum, the model said she wants equal treatment for her children, and thus she requested an alimony that would allow her to travel in private planes and check into luxury hotels and cover more expenses. To this, Marc replied that his children have what they need and that giving them more would "spoil them".
In previous statements published by TMZ and in a mocking tone, Anthony quoted the evaluation of a psychologist who assures that during the teenage years, teenagers who have all commodities and unlimited funds are at a greater risk of to fall to drug consumption, alcohol consumption and a lifestyle with unstable emotions.
Marc Anthony has declared that he does not pay alimony to Jennifer López' twins and that he can only economically support his 19-year-old daughter and support his family with their university studies, according to TV Notas.
