Miley Cyrus fans around the world are elated at the news that the actress-turned-singer has been released from the hospital following a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics.

The ‘Wrecking Ball' singer was confined in the hospital for over a week since being admitted to a hospital in Kansas April 15. Cyrus, 21, has since postponed all remaining U.S. Concert performances and but will be continuing with the European leg of her "Bangerz" tour, as scheduled, beginning May 2 in Amsterdam.

A source close to the singer shared with E! Online, "She is feeling much better and Europe [tour] is still on."

Fans of the blonde didn't have to worry too much as a cheerful but eager-to-recover Miley regularly took to Twitter to provide status updates from her hospital to announce her activities and recovery.

On April 19, Liam Hemsworth's ex-fiance tweeted: "my 1st night sleeping all the way thru by myself. no nurses needed now up for breathinggg treatments. PLZ say Im on the road 2 recovery!"

In recognition of 4/20 or "weed day," Cyrus still managed to update her twitter saying: "Happy 420/ Easter! I'll be where I've been the passed week. In bed. Crying. NOT stoned. Wackkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk."

For those with tickets to the postponed "Bangerz" concert dates, Just Jared reports that according to Cyrus' camp:
