It was earlier reported that Selena Gomez's parents are not happy that the singer-actress reunited with on-and-off love Justin Bieber. RadarOnline reported that a source said the rekindled romance is "against her parents' wishes."
"But they don't have any control over her. She's pulling the, 'Who makes the money around here?' card! It's a sh*t show behind-the-scenes," the insider told RadarOnline.
However, Sel's parents are not the only ones who are worried over the Come and Get It singer's revived romance with Biebs. Apparently, BFF Taylor Swift is also not jumping with joy over her friend's decision.
Tay's reaction isn't surprising as she's been known to be openly opposed to the pairing, considering JB's troubling trajectory. In fact, the country music star was even caught on camera sticking her tongue out while Selena and Justin bussed each other on the cheek backstage at the Billboard Music Awards in May 2013, the Daily Mail observed.
This time, the Red artist has given Selena an ultimatum: love or friendship.
"She is already aware of them getting together and hates the latest developments with Selena and Justin," a source told Hollywood Life exclusively. "She finds Justin to be one of the worst people she has ever met. She hates him and hates that he has this control over Selena."
"She has tried over and over to tell Selena he is awful for her and she doesn't listen. So now she is going to give the ultimatum to Selena by the end of the weekend - friendship or Justin!" the insider revealed.
Wow, that's a pretty strong move.
However, it appears that Selena has made her choice. The insider explained that this was also because she was "totally moved" by JB's spur-of-the-moment trip just to see her.
Looks like the rehab stint didn't work that well with her, then.
