Film Star Kristen Stewart is pining over lost love Robert Pattinson and is desperate to convey how deeply sorry she is for having strayed from his arms into "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders' embrace.
News about the scandalous tryst broke when photos of Stewart, 22, kissing Sanders, a married father of two turned up in the Hollywood gossip circle and proceeded to go viral.
According to reports from The Examiner, Stewart is turning to Pattinson's best friend Tom Sturridge for assistance and advice pertaining to how she should go about patching up her their relationship.
The Daily Mail says that Stewart has already made the first steps toward mending things with Pattinson after the two engaged in an hour long phone call on Monday. During the call, Stewart convinced her ex that it would be prudent to meet up with her in-person so that she might apologize and he perhaps air any grievances he may be holding on to. No specific date for this get together has been announced, but with Stewart as fixated as she is in her pursuit to win back her object of affection, it likely won't be too long.
Or will it?
Rumors are flying that Pattinson has already moved on and is selling the $6.3 million house that the couple shared in Los Angeles. According to an Us Weekly "insider," Pattinson reportedly claims that the house, which he shared with Stewart for three years, "has too many memories."
Other instances that show Pattinson is not interested in mending fences with Stewart include reports that he recently shared a candlelit dinner with musician Katy Perry at Soho House in Los Angeles. He is also said to have been exchanging flirty, sexy text messages with R&B singer Rihanna as of late.
