Filming for the third installment of "The Hunger Games" is still ongoing, but with fans sniffing around for information and publicizing them on the internet, the production team cannot spend more than a few days before fans find them out.

Director Francis Lawrence promised Variety that the production crew is "going to new places," adding that "no one's ever been to District 13, and we have not really been in much of the Capital, so creating that is the really fun stuff."

News on one of the film's locations was made public when Karen Kelly of Georgia Good blog showed pictures of the crew filming at the Pullman Yards in Atlanta, but said she has not seen any of the main cast while production was going on near her house.

Yahoo! U.K.  notes that the "amount of preparation that goes into filming even the shortest and apparently most insignificant scenes in movies can be extremely arduous," considering that the crew started setting up for the scenes way back in October, but stars Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth have only been spotted in Atlanta over the last few days.

The scenes shot in Atlanta are still unclear, but according to Yahoo, "Catching Fire" also made use of the Pullman Yards (which is apparently an abandoned train yard and factory) as a location for "the Hob" and other scenes. Shooting for "Mockingjay" is expected to continue for a few more months.

According to IMDB  there have been five filming locations for the movie thus far: District 12 scenes were shot in Thomaston and Griffin, Georgia, while other scenes (it is unclear as of now which ones) are shot in Boston, Massachusetts; Newnan, Georgia; and the last (for now) in Atlanta.

According to Hollywood Reporter, "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I" topped Fandango's list of the most anticipated movies of 2014, and is scheduled to be released in theaters on November 21.
