"American Horror Story: Coven" concluded on Wednesday, and fans are clamoring for what's in store next season.

After her character has been revealed as the new supreme witch in New Orleans, Sarah Paulson said she is looking forward to the fourth installment of the TV series. This may also mean she's made her peace with saying goodbye to being Cordelia Goode.

"I think I'm done with Cordelia. I'm ready to see what's next...I'd rather roll the dice and see what's going to come for me next year than play a character I've played. Although I didn't feel that after I played Lana Winters, I will say that," she told E! Online. "I would've loved to play Lana Winters for the rest of my life, but with Cordelia I felt like it came to a very beautiful, full circle place. I was ready to say goodbye when it was time to say goodbye."

Fans, on the other hand, have been on the lookout for clues to what the next season will be about.

According to creator Ryan Murphy, the anthology series will explore on new ideas that the show has not touched before. Season 4, unlike previous seasons, will be a period piece -- its main story line would be settling on the 1950s, and Jessica Lange will be playing a role of a woman with a German accent.

Murphy told Entertainment Weekly, "If you look historically what happened in the year 1950, there's some more clues in that year. It's a period piece. We try and do the opposite of what we've done before." He added, "Jessica Lange has already started practicing her German accent so I'm very excited!"

The creator also confirmed that Lange's new character is a "Marlene Dietrich figure," and for those unfamiliar with the name, Marlene Dietrich is a German actress and singer known for cabaret, leading fans to speculate a circus/carnival theme for the next season.

One thing is for sure though, Murphy confirmed to EW that Season 5 will NOT be set in Paris.
