It seems like "The Big Bang Theory" stars have been scouring real estate lately. Gossip Girl reports that Jim Parsons recently bought the estate Robert Pattinson shared with ex-girlfriend Kirsten Stewart, and now it's Kaley Cuoco's turn to grab a love nest and make it her own.

"The Big Bang Theory" star, who tied the knot with tennis player Ryan Sweeting on New Year's Eve, bought Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's Tarzana, CA home, and paid full asking price for the $5,499,000 custom-built estate. This just gave Khloe and Lamar a full $1.5 million more than the amount they bought it for in 2009, when the house sold for $3.95 million.

The 8,000 square-foot mansion may look familiar to "Keeping Up with the Kardashian" fans, as the couple filmed parts of KUWTK and its spin-off, "Khloe & Lamar", on the property.

According to Forbes, the property is guard-gated and custom-built, located at the end of a private enclave cul-de-sac. It has a dramatic entry courtyard that leads to luxurious living spaces that includes a family room with tiled floors and mosaic tiled fireplaces. It also has a large gourmet kitchen that comes with a breakfast nook, and it brags seven bedrooms, including a master suite and three custom-built closets, nine bathrooms, and a theater.

The outside of the house features feel more like a resort, as the land includes a large pool and spa with palm trees surrounding the area that offers privacy stars are sure to crave for once in awhile.  It also features an outdoor kitchen with two refrigerators, a barbecue pit, and covered cabanas.

As for the almost-divorced couple, ContactMusic.com reports that Khloe is rumored to be looking for a home nearer to her mother in Hidden Hills, while Lamar's living conditions is currently unknown, but he is assumed not to have a permanent address as of late as he tries to regain his fitness as well as a new NBA team.
