Justin Bieber is into drug use with increasing regularity and this has caused him to become highly erratic. According to TMZ, a source has confirmed that his crew has been trying to convince him to enter rehab.
The report cited several credible sources as to the drug of choice of the "Baby" star. This is the drug called sizzurp and is essentially codeine and promethazine mixed into a concoction of Sprite and Jolly Rancher. It has been said that this drug causes seizures and is very dangerous.
In another report, this time from HollywoodLife, Bieber is said to be taking prescription pills, such as Xanax. He has also been drinking alcohol and smoking weed while taking prescription pills. The media site sought out comments from Justin Bieber's handlers, who replied with a stern "no comment."
The drug use of the pop star comes after a raid conducted in his Calabasas home from a vandalism complaint yielded cocaine. While the drug was found in his home, according to News.com.au, a house guest had owned the said drugs. The guest, identified as Lil Za, has since been placed under police custody.
The lifestyle Bieber has started to live, according to an interview with the Daily Mail, is part of his "coming of age". He said, "People need to know I'm not a kid anymore." He did also admit he's "not completely grown up" either, calling it a "learning phase" for himself.
He added, "I'm not trying to conform to what people want me to be or go out there and start partying, have people see me with alcohol. I want to do it at my own pace."
One of the issues he had to face was being detained at the Brisbane airport last December 5, 2013. In another Daily Mail report, he and his entourage were found to have in their possession marijuana.
