The trailer to William Levy's "Tyler Perry's Single Moms Club" has been released.
The new film, which also stars Nia Long ("Big Momma's House"), Amy Smart ("Crank," "The Butterfly Effect") and Zulay Henao ("Takers," "The Fighting"), tells the story of a group of single moms who are brought together in the aftermath of an incident at their children's school.
The movie is the first of two films that Levy will be featured in in 2014 and marks Levy's first major film in Hollywood. He will also appear in "Addicted" in the summer, which was directed by Billie Woodroof, known for his work on "Honey" and "Beauty Shop." Levy is best known for his work on "Dancing with the Stars" and "Single Ladies." He has also worked on a number of Mexican soap operas including his latest, "La Tempestad," which starred Ximena Navarrete and Daniela Romo. He also starred in "Truinfo del Amor," "Cuidado con el Angel" and "Sortilegio." The actor was also featured on "Protagonistas de Novela 2," a reality show that discovers actors.
The new film also stars Terry Crews ("Get Smart"), Eddie Cibrian ("The Cave"), Wendi McLendon-Covey ("Bridesmaids"), Cocoa Brown ("Lakeview Terrace"), Ryan Eggold ("Bloom") and Tyler Perry ("I Can do Bad all By Myself") who also directed and wrote the movie.
"Tyler Perry's Single Moms Club" will open on March 14 alongside "Grace of Monaco" starring Nicole Kidman and "Need for Speed" with Aaron Paul. Lionsgate will distribute the film, which is not yet rated.
