Liverpool will look to bounce back from a poor performance on Sunday when it faces Norwich City on Wednesday.

The Reds endured a devastating loss over the weekend against Hull City. The 3-1 final pushed the team from second place to fourth on the table and kept it seven points behind top team Arsenal.

"The league has shown this year, as much as any other time at this level, that it's very unpredictable and the scoreline (at Hull) probably suggested that," said Liverpool Coach Brendan Rodgers, according to ESPN. "But you can't dwell on it. You've got to refocus and reset and go again and that's what we will look to do. We just need to get over the disappointment - which we will do."

He remained positive about his team's prospects and noted that there was still time to make up ground.

''At this moment in time, we sit fourth; if we win on Wednesday night, we could be second again," he added.

Liverpool is without top scorer Daniel Sturridge making it more likely to rely on Luis Suarez to score. The Uruguayan has nine goals on the year in just eight matches and has proven to be dangerous at any moment.

''When he is on his day, Suarez is very difficult to handle," said Norwich manager Chris Hughton. "You just have to be very much on top of your own game and hope he doesn't have one of his better ones.''

Norwich sits in 14th place with 14 points on the year.

Prediction: Liverpool bounces back at home with a solid 2-0 win.
