With the film currently in pre-production, the studio has registered a number of domains that have led to a number of rumors regarding the film's title. According to Fusible, the registered possible domains include "Man of Steel Battle the Knight," "Man of Steel Beyond Darkness," "Man of Steel Black of Knight," "Man of Steel Darkness Falls," "Man of Steel Knight Falls," "Man of Steel Shadow of the Night," "Man of Steel The Blackest Hour," and "Man of Steel The Darkness Within."

Other domains include, "Battle the Knight," "Black of Knight," "Knight Falls" and "The Blackest Hour."

The film is currently titled "Batman vs. Superman," but that's sure to change as the release date gets closer.

The new movie is being directed by Zack Snyder ("300," "Watchmen") and being written by David S. Goyer ("The Dark Knight Rises," "Batman Begins") from a story by Snyder. The film has already begun shooting B-roll in Los Angeles.

"Batman vs. Superman" will star Henry Cavill ("The Tudors") as Superman and Ben Affleck ("Argo," "Good Will Hunting") as Batman. Amy Adams ("The Master"), Diane Lane ("Unfaithful") and Laurence Fishburne ("The Matrix") will reprise their roles from "Man of Steel." The film will be produced by Deborah Snyder ("Man of Steel") and Charles Roven ("The Dark Knight"). Warner Bros. will release the film on July 17, 2015 and will begin principal photography in Detroit, Mich. in February.
