The anticipation for the iPhone 5 has people in the technology business at the edge of their seats as leaks and more leaks spill online.

The iLab Factory have revealed several images of the latest iPhone, from the back plate to display.

The leaked photos have shown that the iPhone 5 does not open from the back side as the iPhone 4S but apparently from mid-frame.

The display of the new phone features a lighter and thinner device and wrapped around an aluminum frame. The screen size will be 4.0-inches compared to the 3.5 for the iPhone 4S.

Additional features for the iPhone 5 are stronger battery power compared to previous iPhones with eight hours of battery life for 3G users and 14 hours for 2G. Its battery life is expected to have a capacity of 1140mAh, which is 10mAh higher than the iPhone 4S.

Another change from the iPhone 4S is the dock port. The iPhone 5 devices are reported to no longer accept the 30-pin connector used in other Apple products. Latinos Post reported a small dock port is shown in rumored leaked images and it will support a 19-pin model.

According to the International Business Times, the iPhone 5 might run on the iOS 6, "which would be completely scalable to a larger 640 x 1136 display." Near Field Communication (NFC), 1GB RAM, an improved Siri, an eight megapixel rear camera, and a two megapixel front-facing camera for video chatting.

The iPhone 5 is expected to launch on Sept. 12 for AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon with a price tag of $800 without a standard two-year contract but can go as low as $199 when signing a contract.

FBR Capital analyst Craig Berger told Forbes, the iPhone 5 launch may be the biggest event in Apple's history and expects to sell as many as 250 million units during its lifetime.
