If the stars align properly, then owners of the Samsung Galaxy S4 on AT&T will be in for a treat Nov. 13 as the carrier is expected to roll out Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for the best-selling handset.

The date has not been confirmed by AT&T or Samsung; it only appears in a leaked Best Buy internal document that was picked up by Geek.com back in October. The document reveals a timetable with release dates for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4, Galaxy S4 Active, Galaxy S3, and Galaxy Note 2 Android 4.3 update. According to the document, AT&T will push out Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Nov. 13.

Of course, given the lack of official confirmation, it's hard to say that the carrier will abide by the date. The document has proven to be right in some earlier cases and also wrong, adding to the uncertainty. Still, it's safe to say that AT&T will release it soon given that leaked builds have already hit the Internet and have proven themselves to be reliable.

Android 4.3 Jelly Bean won't bring many immediately-noticeable changes, but will boost performance under the hood. The main reason Samsung is so intent on having its entire flagship lineup running Android 4.3 or higher is because Android 4.3 brings Bluetooth 4.0 LE support to the table. Bluetooth 4.0 LE is required for full connectivity with Samsung's Galaxy Gear smartwatch, which is the company's first major foray into wearable computing.
