Ahead of the Nokia Lumia 1520's release date, American mobile carrier AT&T has launched a new video promoting the latest Windows Phone 8 smartphone.
The new AT&T video about the Lumia 1520 was part of the mobile carrier's "Mobile Minute" series.
The "Mobile Minute" video was quick to connect the Lumia 1520 as not only a smartphone but able to provide the "entertainment and productivity of a tablet."

The first aspect of the video was the Lumia 1520's display. The video elaborated on the 1080p HD 6-inch screen that could be used for the Internet, surfing through photos, and watching movies.
The second aspect was the camera specifications of the Windows Phone 8 device. The camera specifications for the device include a 20-megapixel rear-facing camera and a front-facing camera with 1.2 megapixels.
The camera features Optical Image Stabilization and Carl Zeiss optics. With the Nokia Pro Camera app, the user can adjust flash, focus, ISO, shutter speed, and white balance, to name a few.
The video also referenced the Lumia 1520's productivity features such as Microsoft Office and Live Tiles options.
The memory specifications for the Lumia 1520 include a 32GB internal storage model, although the Microsoft Store has a 16GB variant. The device has 2GB of RAM and offers a microSD card slot for an additional 64GB of storage.
The battery capacity for the Lumia 1520 stands at 3,400mAh, which offers up to 25.1 hours for talk time in a 3G network, and approximately 780 hours on standby.
As Latinos Post reported, AT&T and the online Microsoft Store have started to accept pre-orders for the Lumia 1520. A common aspect with the pre-orders is the starting price of the Windows Phone 8 device, which is $199.99 when signing a two-year contract with AT&T.
AT&T is also offering the Lumia 1520 under its AT&T Next plan for $27 per the next 20 months. The mobile carrier is also offering a $20 app voucher for the Windows Phone Store and access to the cloud storage app AT&T Locker if the consumer pre-orders the smartphone on their official website.
AT&T's Senior Vice President for Device Jeff Bradley, in a statement, said, "The large screen and extra real estate not only accommodate more Live Tiles, but also give you more room to view photos and videos on leading social networking apps or presentations on PowerPoint. The Lumia 1520 is a natural fit for AT&T's blazing fast 4G LTE network and our industry leading portfolio of Windows devices."
