As Latinos Post noted, the Windows Phone 8 Amber Update for the Nokia Lumia devices improves the smartphone's camera, particularly the auto focus, noise filter, and low-light photo-taking capabilities, to name a few.

According to Nokia, the Windows Phone 8 Amber Update will be available for the Nokia Lumia 520, Lumia 620, Lumia 720, Lumia 820, and Lumia 920 smartphones. Updates were also released for "T" versions of select Lumia smartphones such as the Lumia 520, Lumia 720, and Lumia 920.
China:
The regular Lumia 520 smartphone has its Windows Phone 8 Amber Update available from mobile carrier China Unicom while the Lumia 520T's update version has rolled out via CMCC.
The Lumia 620 and Lumia 820's updates are officially listed as "Available" by Nokia from a "Country variant" mobile carrier.
The Lumia 720's update is available from Unicom while the Lumia 720T is also accessible from CMCC.
Finally, Unicom has rolled out the Windows Phone 8 Amber Update for the Lumia 920. CMCC issued its Amber Update for the Lumia 920T model.
Hong Kong:
In Hong Kong, the update is "Available" for the Lumia 520, Lumia 620, Lumia 720, Lumia 820, and Lumia 920 from a "Country variant" mobile carrier.
Latinos Post previously reported that Nokia did not rollout the Windows Phone 8 Amber Update in one huge distribution in order to ensure "quality standards."
"To ensure the software update meets our quality standards, we're running multiple tests with various country variants and operators," wrote Nokia Conversations' Ian Delaney. "We make the updates available to you as soon as we complete testing. With Lumia Amber we expect to have the update arriving in all Lumia Windows Phone 8 phones .... Be patient - it's coming!"
According to Nokia, "To make sure you don't miss out on the notification, check on your phone that under Settings > Phone Update > 'Tell me when updates are available for my phone' is enabled."
