The Nokia Lumia 520 continued to make its presence known in the world as it ranked No. 1 in another country.

According to figures provided by AdDuplex, the Lumia 520 was named the top Windows Phone device in France by a convincing margin.

AdDuplex's statistics placed the Lumia 520 with 32.7 percent of the French Windows Phone market share.

As Latinos Post reported, AdDuplex's figures also placed the Lumia 520 as the top Windows Phone and Windows Phone 8 device in the world.

The Lumia 520's features a 4-inch screen display with 800x480 resolution. The rear-facing camera has 5 megapixels while no secondary camera is present and the Windows Phone 8 smartphone has 8GB for internal storage with 512MB of RAM. The smartphone uses a 1,430mAh battery.

The HTC 8S finished in second place with 13.3 percent, as one of three-non Nokia Lumia devices to rank on the French top 10 Windows Phone devices by AdDuplex.

The Lumia 920 accounted for 10.6 percent, which was enough for fourth place.

The Lumia 820 garnered 6.9 percent, therefore placed fourth place.

To round up the top five, the Lumia 610 narrowly edged out the Lumia 800 with 5.8 percent to 5.4 percent, respectively.

The other two non-Nokia Lumia smartphones to rank on AdDuplex's French figures were the HTC 8X and Samsung ATIV S, which accounted for ninth and tenth place, respectively.

AdDuplex collected its data from 1,411 Windows Phone apps utilizing the AdDuplex SDK v.2 on Oct. 11.
