Microsoft has released the changelog for an upcoming Windows Phone update.
The update, formerly known as GDR3, has officially been named Update 3 and will come to Windows Phone operating system as versions 8.0.10501.127 or 8.0.10512.142, but ultimately it may depend on the device and mobile carrier.

According to Microsoft, the update on "Accessibility" includes an improvement for customers who are visually impaired while the "Storage" update features new categories showing area's taking space in one's device.
A feature known as Driving Mode will be included in order to minimize incoming calls and texts during drives on the road.
The ability to lock the screen's orientation and preservation of cellular data will be added in the upcoming Windows Phone update.
The update continues with the opportunity to share cellular data over Bluetooth and an app switcher.
A release for the Windows Phone Update 3 is unknown.
The Verge Editor-in-Chief Daniel Rubino noted, "While none of those may blow anyone away, it's the little things that matter for the user experience. We recently hard-reset one of our phones and having Wi-Fi available during the setup/out-of-box experience was tremendously helpful for restoring our phone's settings, so we're glad to see it there."
