Selena Gomez got really emotional during her concert performance at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY on Wednesday when it came to her song "Love Will Remember," which is rumored to be about her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber.
The teary eyed 21-year-old pop star did her best to push through the heartfelt ballad, however, she became even more choked up while singing the lyrics "We used to be inseparable, I used to think that I was irreplaceable," reports Fox News.
Earlier this year, Gomez confessed that the song was very "personal" to her.
"Obviously, 'Love Will Remember' is a personal song to me and I don't really need to say anything," she told the InStyle magazine. "I think my fans will get it. I think people will figure it out themselves ... I'm sure he'll like it too," the "Spring Breakers" star told the mag.
At the end of the song, which is featured on her latest album "Stars Dance," Gomez gushed to her fans how grateful she was for their support.
"After everything I go through on a daily basis, you guys never fail to make me smile so thank you so much," she said.
The Latina beauty also expressed how she can relate to everyone in the audience. "Just like everyone else in this room, I have days where it just sucks," she told the crowd.
Later that night, the former Disney star revealed why she bust into tears at the end of the show on a post on Instagram.
"Never ended such a beautiful show in tears because they wouldn't allow me to Instagram tonight. Completely heartbroken and pi---d. Thank you SO much Brooklyn. Ill be stopping outside Letterman tomorrow to make it up if you can make it. I love you guys more than you know. Promise," she wrote.
