Iker Casillas has finally hinted at the possibility of leaving Real Madrid.

The Spanish Captain had mentioned that he was planning to leave the club he has been with since age nine but his recent comments hint at a shift in opinion.

"If a player isn't in the action then he starts to think about making a decision," Casillas said according to Goal.com. "I'm human and I'm a footballer. I haven't played for nine months now and it's the same for me. I'm not a robot.

"Of course I want to stay here and win more titles with Real Madrid. I've been here since I was little, but there will come a day in which I have to take a decision," he added about his future. "As of now my decision is to stay and fight, to struggle and play every day. If I wasn't sure about it I would have told the president I wanted to leave in September.

"That being said, if in three months things haven't changed and you ask me the same question, well maybe I'll be thinking about leaving."

Casillas was recently caught on video talking to Pepe Reina during warm-ups for the Spain World Cup qualifier against Belarus. Reina urged Casillas, who was left on the bench in the match, to leave Madrid but the Captain reiterated his commitment Los Blancos. However, the benching in the Spain game may have been a reminder to Casillas that he is not invincible and that he will not be given anything at this stage in the game.

He has only played in one full match for Real Madrid this season and is not expected to start and Spanish League matches.

Rumored destinations for Casillas include Barcelona, Arsenal, Manchester City and even Borussia Dortmund.
