Microsoft's second-generation tablets are experiencing shipment delays ahead of its official release dates.
As seen on the online Microsoft Store, the Surface 2's 32GB model will be shipped by Oct. 25. The 32GB Surface 2 is priced at $449. The Surface 2 was previously listed to ship by Oct. 21.
The 64GB Surface 2's shipment date is Oct. 25 as well but with a price tag of $549.

The Surface Pro 2 has different shipment dates pending on the internal storage model.
The 64GB Surface Pro 2's set to be shipped on Oct. 21 with a price tag of $899.
The 128GB of the Surface Pro 2 shares the same estimated shipment date as the Surface 2 tablets with $999. The 128GB Surface Pro 2's price is $999.
The 256GB and 512GB Surface Pro 2, priced at $1,299 and $1,799, respectively, are to be shipped by Dec. 15. As Latinos Post reported, the 256GB and 512GB tablets were previously given a shipment date of Oct. 29.
Regardless of the second-generation tablet, Microsoft is offering free shipping and free returns with 200GB of SkyDrive storage when purchasing the tablet.
The new Surface tablets have been available for pre-orders since Sept. 24 and will be released across 22 markets including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States. China will get to see the tablets by early November.
As Latinos Post reported, Microsoft will host midnight launches of the second-generation tablets on Oct. 21 across 10 U.S. cities. The Microsoft retail stores will feature mini events with participants eligible to win prizes, such as the chance to travel to Orlando, Fla.
