Once again, it looks like HTC will be right one schedule. HTC has confirmed that owners of the One smartphone on T-Mobile can expect their Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update to arrive mid-October, just as promised.
HTC American president Jason Mackenzie took to Twitter Oct. 11 to explain that everything was on track for a T-Mobile Android 4.3 rollout during the middle of next week, which would be around Oct. 15.
Just a heads up that we are still on track (barring some last second issue) to update your T-Mobile One with 4.3 by mid next week.

T-Mobile was originally announced to roll out its HTC One Android 4.3 update with AT&T in mid-October, but the nation's second largest carrier jumped the gun and already rolled out its Android 4.3 update. Sprint was the first network to release the upgrade, and even minor carrier C-Spire has rolled out Android 4.3. Verizon is slated to be last with a release planned for the end of October.
The T-Mobile update should be identical to the ones released by Sprint and AT&T, meaning it should contain "launcher bar enhancements, a widget lock screen style, home button behavior modification (remove black menu bar from screen), advanced notifications, ability to display battery level percentage in the notification bar, quick settings, 6 new Video Highlights themes with custom music options, improved Zoe file management and more," according to HTC Source.
Sadly, none of the Android 4.3 updates in the United States will include the latest version of HTC's Sense user interfance. Instead, Sense 5.5 will release alongside Android 4.3 for certain models in Europe and Asia in November. Sense 5.5 should then land Stateside in a separate download at a later time.
