William Levy will break into Hollywood this upcoming year with two films coming in 2014.

Before turning to acting, Levy was a model for Next Models Agency. The Cuban actor later came into the soap opera scene when he tried out for "Protagonistas de Novela 2." He was featured in the reality show and obtained third place. Later, he was featured in the reality show "Isla de la Tentacion."

His first Telenovela came in "Olivarte Jamas," which was a production for Venevision. The series propelled him to become a rising star and obtaining supporting roles in "Pasion," "Accoralada," and "Mi Vida Eres Tu."

His first lead role came in 2009 for Televisa's series "Cuidado con el Angel." The series also starred Maite Perroni, with whom he would work  again in "Trunifo Del Amor."  That same year, he lent his voice for an animated voice "Planet 51," which won the Goya Award for Best Animated Film.

In 2010, he made "Sortilegio" with Jacquline Bracamontes and in 2013 he returned to the telenovela for "La Tempestad."

During his absence from the soap opera world, he was featured in a music video by Jennifer Lopez and also appeared in two episodes of VH1's "Single Ladies." He was also a participant in the 14th season of "Dancing with the Stars."

As he finishes "La Tempestad," Levy is gearing up for the premieres of his first two Hollywood films. His first film "Addicted" will be released in March under Lionsgate, while "Tyler Perry's A Single Moms Club" will be released later in May. With two expected successes, Levy can look forward to a long career in Los Angeles.
