The Nokia Lumia 1020's camera features were once again highlighted in a new video in collaboration with Red Bull.
The 82-second video was shot entirely with the 41-megapixel-sensor Lumia 1020 Windows Phone 8 smartphone from Santorini, Greece. The location was set at the Red Bull hosted "Art of Motion" event featuring 18 of the best freerunners from around the world.

"We went with the aim of proving you could make a great, fun video with just a mobile phone and I think we've achieved that," said extreme sports filmmaker Claudiu Voicu, via Nokia Conversations, about the Lumia 1020. "At the end of the trip even some die-hard Apple fans were wanting to play with it!"
According to Voicu, the camera's settings were not changed during the film and the phone was "good to go out of the box."
"We'd just pull the phones out of our pockets when anything interesting happened and filmed away," he added. "Auto-exposure and focus works great, and it didn't once fail when we taped it to the bottom of the camera crane (where it recorded non-stop for 45-minutes)."
The video, however, was edited with Adobe Premiere and Aftereffects.
The Lumia 1020's features include a 4.5-inch screen with 1,280x768 pixels covered in Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The new Windows Phone 8 device has 32GB of internal storage for 2GB of RAM. The device includes a rear-facing camera with a 41-megapixel sensor and front-facing camera with 1.2 megapixels. The smartphone also packs a 2,000mAh battery.
The Lumia 1020, exclusive to mobile carrier AT&T, is priced at $199.99 when upgrading or signing a two-year contract. The Lumia 1020 originally launched for $299.99 on July 26.
As Latinos Post reported, the Lumia 1020 is set to launch on Oct. 11 in India. The Indian launch was confirmed by Nokia India during an event on Sept. 26. Prices, however, were not disclosed.
