Baltimore Ravens (2-2) at Miami Dolphins (3-1)
The Ravens are coming off a Week 4 23-20 loss to the Buffalo Bills. Joe Flacco threw for 347 yards with two touchdowns but threw a career-high and season-high five interceptions. The Ravens running game did not help the offense much with Ray Rice, coming back from a hip flexor strain injury, being held to 17 yards on five carries while Bernard Pierce ran for seven yards on four attempts.

Miami lost their first game of the season last Monday night, getting battered by the New Orleans Saints. Miami QB Ryan Tannenhill turned the ball over four times - three interceptions and a fumble - as was sacked four times.

New England Patriots (4-0) at Cincinnati Bengals (2-2)
The Patriots are undefeated despite QB Tom Brady working without his favorite target TE Rob Gronkowski - who has yet to play a down after forearm and back surgery and is expected not be in the lineup again, as well as free agent acquisition WR Danny Amendola, out with a groin injury since Week 2 of the season. Amendola is expected to play this week joining WRs Kenbrell Thompkins and Julian Edelman, who have been carrying the load for New England.

Cincinnati lost a vital division game to the Cleveland Browns last week, rushing for a measly 63 yards and going 4-for-14 on third downs. QB Andy Dalton threw for 206 yards passing but no touchdowns in the Bengals 17-6 to the Browns.

TV: 1 p.m. on CBS

Seattle Seahawks (4-0) at Indianapolis Colts (3-1)
QBs Andrew Luck and Russell Wilson have helped turn the fortunes of both their teams since last years draft, helping get the Colts and Seahawks into the playoffs last season. Luck - last year's number one overall draft pick, completed 54.1 percent of his passes last year and is on pace to do better this season, completing 64.1 percent of his passes with five touchdowns and only two interceptions.

Wilson, drafted 75th overall in the 2012 NFL Draft, led the Seahawks to the playoffs after playing four straight years of below-.500 football. Wilson has rushed for 131 yards, thrown for 787 passing yards, and has a 95.3 passer rating this season. Wilson went 12-for-23 against the Houston Texans last week, notching 140 yards of the teams final 150 yards for the game, rallying the Seahawks for 23-20 overtime win over Houston.

Detroit Lions (3-1) at Green Bay Packers (1-2)
The Lions head into Green Bay atop the division and are hoping to show the league and Aaron Rodgers they are a legit playoff contender. The Lions have not won in the state of Wisconsin since 1992, dropping 22 straight to the Packers at home. The Lions are coming off a victory over division rival Chicago Bears and hope to extend their lead breaking the losing streak at Lambeau Field.

Green Bay had a bye last week and lost to the Cincinnati Bengals the previous week, after holding on to a three-point lead before rookie RB Johnathan Franklin fumbled the ball late in the game only to have CB Terrence Newman scoop the ball up and return it for a touchdown.

New Orleans Saints (4-0) at Chicago Bears (3-1)
The Bears face an undefeated team for the second week in a row, this time the Saints who are coming off a 36-17 victory over the Dolphins, with Drew Brees throwing for 465 yards, completing 30 of 39 passes for a season-best 413 yards and four touchdowns - winning the Offensive Player of the Week award.

The Bears lost 40-32 to their division rival Detroit Lions, their first loss of the season, falling behind early in the game, with QB Jay Cutler throwing for three interceptions and losing a fumble despite going 27-of-47 for 317 yards.

Philadelphia Eagles (1-3) at New York Giants (0-4)
The Giants tradition of defense is a thing of the past, currently giving up 36.5 points per game this season, giving up an average of 384.2 yards a game and failing to pressure opposing quarterbacks with only four sacks for the season.

The Eagles defense has not fared better, currently last in total yards allowed (446.8), ranked 31st in points allowed (34.5 points per game) and passing yards allowed (325.0) and allowing 121.8 yards rushing per game.

Kansas City Chiefs (4-0) at Tennessee Titans (3-1)
Kansas City is looking to go 5-0 for the first time in a decade after going 2-14 last year - worst record in franchise history. The Chiefs pummeled the New York Giants 31-7 with Alex Smith throwing for three touchdowns and 65 rushing yards from Jamaal Charles. Charles is currently third in the NFL with 125.5 scrimmage yards per game.

Injured Titans QB Jake Locker, who was off to a hot start - 69-of-111 passes (62.2 percent), six touchdowns, no interceptions and quarterback rating a 99.0 - will be replaced by ex-Buffalo Bills starter Ryan Fitzpatrick, who went 3-for-8 for 108 yards and threw a TD pass after Locker went down against the New York Jets.

Jacksonville Jaguars (0-4) at St. Louis Rams (1-3)
The Jaguars are abysmal on both sides of the ball - last in the league in rushing defense (giving up 164.3 yards per game) and 30th in scoring defense, having given up 32.3 points per week. The Jaguars are also last in the league in points scored (31) and total offense (224 yards per game). Blaine Gabbert returned to the starting lineup but will not have LT Eugene Monroe after he was traded mid-week for draft picks.

Rams QB Sam Bradford has been sacked 11 times in St. Louis' last two loses and has not gotten much help from the running game, currently last in the league in rushing, averaging 47.3 yards per game.

Carolina Panthers (1-2) at Arizona Cardinals (2-2)
The Panthers had a bye week after thrashing the New York Giants two weeks ago 38-0, with QB Cam Newton throwing for three touchdowns and rushing for another one.

The Cardinals got by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week, needing K Jay Feely to nail a 27-yard field goal with 1:29 remaining for the 13-10 victory. The Cardinals are third in rushing defense (75.0 ypg) will be tested with the Panthers coming in third in the NFL in rushing yards (151.0 ypg).

TV: 4:05 p.m. on Fox

Denver Broncos (4-0) at Dallas Cowboys (2-2)
The Broncos go into AT&T Stadium, undefeated and looking like a Super Bowl favorite. QB Peyton Manning has thrown for 1,470 yards, 16 touchdowns - the most through four games in NFL history, and no interceptions. Manning is first in passing yards, touchdowns, completion percentage (75.0 percent), quarterback rating (138.0), and passing yards per game (367.5 ypg), having thrown for three or more touchdowns three times this year.

The Cowboys will have their hands full against Manning, considering they gave up 401 yards and three touchdowns in last week's 30-21 defeat to the San Diego Chargers. Dallas is 27th in pass defense (304.5 ypg) and have allowed 382.2 total yards per game.

Houston Texans (2-2) at San Francisco 49ers (2-2)
The Texans have a two-game losing streak going into their Sunday Night Football game against the 49ers, having lost to the Baltimore Ravens and undefeated Seattle Seahawks. Schaub threw for 355 yards and two touchdowns but had an interception returned for a touchdown for the third straight week. Despite their struggles, Houston remains a game behind the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans in the AFC South division.

The 49ers rebounded last week, smashing division rival St. Louis Rams 35-11, after lop-sided losses to the Seahawks and Colts. Colin Kaepernick threw for 167 yards, going 15-for-23 (65.2 percent) and received help from RB Frank Gore who rushed for 153 yards on 20 carries, scoring a touchdown.

TV: 8:30 p.m. on NBC

San Diego Chargers (2-2) at Oakland Raiders (1-3)
The Oakland A's American League Division Series against the Detroit Tigers forced the Raiders to push the game back to 8:35 p.m. PT. QB Terrelle Pryor is expected to start after missing last week's game against Washington due to concussion-like symptoms. Pryor threw 19 passes for 281 yards before leaving the game after taking a shot that rattled him.

San Diego's defense will be without free agent acquisition DE Dwight Freeney, who tore his quadriceps in the Chargers win over the Dallas Cowboys and will be out for the rest of the season. San Diego's offense has been clicking, ranked seventh in scoring offense and eighth in total offense, sixth in passing yardage, and second in passing touchdowns. QB Philip Rivers went for 35-for-42 for 401 yards and three touchdowns against Dallas, earning the highest completion percentage (83.3) in league history win which a QB threw for 400 yards.
