The Big Show starts off the show explaining his recent actions saying that he was forced to do "bad things to good people," which brought out WWE COO Triple H to announce that he had bought The Big Show's home and that Show owes him everything. Triple H also scheduled The Big Show against The Shield and Randy Orton in a 4-on-1 Handicap match.
Rob Van Dam defeated Fandango via disqualification after Summer Rae interfered in the match as he was going for The Five-Star Frog Splash. RVD recovered and nailed Fandango with a Van Terminator using a trash can.
Ryback destroyed R-Truth with a Shell Shock, with Curtis Axel jumping into the ring afterward to gain some revenge for his defeat at the hands of R-Truth on Monday Night Raw, beating down R-Truth while he was down and out.
Alberto Del Rio defeated Dolph Ziggler using the Cross Armbreaker for the victory.
Brie Bella defeated Askana, pinning her after knocking her out with a Facebuster. AJ Lee came out after the match and told Brie that after she loses her WWE Divas title match Battleground, she can retire and have "goat-faced" babies with Daniel Bryan.
Los Matadores made their WWE Smackdown debut defeating 3MB with a double-backbreaker finisher.
Kofi Kingston defeated Big E. Langston with a quick roll-up. After the match, The Wyatt Family surrounded the ring to spook Kingston, prior to his match against Bray Wyatt at Battleground.
The Big Show was disqualified in his 4-on-1 Handicap match after The Big Show used a chair on Randy Orton to even up the odds. The Big Show was then attacked by The Shield and Orton after the match, with Daniel Bryan and the Usos making the save to end the show.
