The teaser trailer to "The Avengers: Age of Ultron" has been leaked online.
The trailer, which premiered at Comic-Con back in August, features epic music and voice overs by the cast of the film. It also shows a mysterious mask that is being put together that reveals itself to be Ultron.
The film is currently in pre-production with casting still in process. In a recent interview, director Joss Whedon told Marvel that the film would not be a direct adaptation of the comic books. "A lot of people, because we called it 'Age of Ultron,' and there was a book 'Age of Ultron' just recently, assumed that was the storyline we're doing, which is not the case. We're doing our own version of the origin story of Ultron," said Whedon.
He added that the film would be a lot darker and that the origin story would not be exactly like the comic. He said, "We're sort of crafting our own version of it where his origin comes more directly from the Avengers we already know about."
"Avenger: Age of Ultron" is set to star Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlet Johannson, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Samuel L. Jackson and James Spader as Ultron.
The Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are also expected to appear, but casting has not been confirmed. Saoirse Ronan, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen have been rumored for the roles.
Disney is slated to release the movie on May 1, 2015.
