Napoli will look to continue its strong start when it takes on Sassuolo on Wednesday in the Serie A.

Napoli sits in a tie for first place with AS Roma thanks to a perfect start in 2013-14. Not only has the team won all four of its Serie A matches, but it has also managed a huge Champions League win over Borussia Dortmund in the process.

The improvements on the field have seemingly impressed management enough to invest money in more signings, a new stadium and even a training facility for its youth academy.

"Napoli's transfer market is open for 12 months of the year," Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis said during an interview with Canale 21. "We're also investing in our [training] centre in Castelvolturno with the youth academy, and then there's also the stadium."

De Laurentiis also revealed that the team had pursued Brazilian forward Leandro Damiao before making a move for eventual target Gonzalo Higuain.

"We were focusing on Damiao before Higuain, but I called it off because the player is represented by the wrong agent," De Laurentiis said, according to ESPN. "I then contacted Real Madrid and in a ten-minute phone call, we reached an agreement for Higuain. We then contacted his family and we spent seven hours at the airport before moving into a hotel in Dimaro, and in three days, the solicitors drafted the contracts."

Prediction: Napoli wins 3-0.
