Ksenia Solo is rumored to be in final negotiations for "Star Wars: Episode VII."
According to JediNews, Solo is being heavily considered for the role and may be one of the cast members. The source stated, "News regarding Ksenia Solo. She appears to be in the final consideration for a role in Episode VII. Her agent has refused to comment and despite being a daily tweeter has ignored everyone who has asked her, despite being very engaging with fans."
Solo is known for her work on "Black Swan," "The Factory," "Lost Girl" and "Life Expected." She was also seen in "Nikita." Solo is slated to star in "Another You" alongside Diego Boneta.
Throughout the past week various casting rumors have spread. David Oyelowo is the other actor who many blogs have confirmed will star in the upcoming film. However, the none of the actors' managers nor publicists have confirmed the rumors.
"Star Wars: Episode VII" has been casting throughout the summer with many actors reportedly having auditioned for major roles including Zac Efron, Alex Pettyfer and Ryan Gosling. Additionally, it has been rumored that Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford and Mark Hamill will reprise their roles from the original trilogy.
"Star Wars: Episode VII" is currently in pre-production with J.J Abrams slated to direct while Kathleen Kennedy will produce the film. Michael Arndt wrote the script to the film, while John Williams will compose the score. Disney will release the movie in 2015, but there has been no confirmation on the date or season that the film will be released.
