The HTC One Max has been the subject of many different leaks in the past, and a new series of leaks have shown the device next to a phablet that many have been comparing to the yet to be announced HTC One Max, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. In the newest series of leaked photos the two devices are compared, and shows the differences in size between the two smartphones.
This leak comes from the Chinese website Weibo and picked up on by Tech Kiddy, which shows the two devices next to and on top of each other. This direct comparison reveals some interesting facts about the dimensions of the phablets. The display of the HTC One Max is rumored to be around 5.9 inches, which is slightly bigger than the display for the Note 3, which is a 5.7 inch display. Both displays are rumored to be 1080p Full HD displays, which should make for some crystal clear viewing no matter what size they end up being. Another interesting fact revealed from the photo leak is that the HTC One Max appears to be narrower than the Note 3, meaning that the device will be fairly slim, though no specific dimensions for the width of the HTC One Max have been revealed so far.
The HTC One Max will have some fairly impressive specs, though one interesting tidbit has been revealed about the chipset for the device. In a previous leak concerning the device it was revealed that the HTC One Max will have a quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor, as opposed to a Snapdragon 800 processor that many upcoming devices will have, including the Galaxy Note 3. It will be interesting to see if this older chipset affects the abilities of the HTC One Max, or if the other technology found in the device makes up for this processor. Other important specs rumored for the HTC One Max include Android 4.3 operating system, 2GB of RAM, a 3300 mAh battery, and a Ultrapixel camera. The HTC One Max has been rumored off and on to have a fingerprint scanner, though nothing has been confirmed about this feature, as some models in leaks appear to have the security feature while others do not.
Look out for more news about the HTC One Max as HTC prepares to reveal the device officially as well as rolling out the device for users to begin purchasing.
