Less than a month before "Pokémon X and Y" launch worldwide, two fossil Pokémon have been announced for the Kalos region.
The two new Pokémon can be obtainable in the upcoming sixth-generation games when obtaining the respective fossils somewhere in Kalos.
The first Pokémon is Amaura, the Tundra Pokémon. Amaura can be resurrected from a Sail Fossil. The Tundra Pokémon is a dual Rock-and-Ice type and evolves into Aurorus, a dinosaur-like pocket monster.

A move Aurorus can learn is the new Freeze Dry, which is super effective against Water-type Pokémon.
The second fossil-based Pokémon is the dual Rock-and-Dragon type Tyrunt. Known as the Royal Heir Pokémon, Tyrunt can be resurrected from the Jaw Fossil. Tyrunt evolves into Tyrantrum, who's known as the Despot Pokémon.
Tyrantrum, who has the Ability Strong Jaw, can learn the move Head Smash.
