With the upcoming launch of iOS 7, Apple device owners will experience notable changes with the Siri voice command program.
As 9to5Mac noted, when Siri first launched with the iPhone 4s, the voice control system was still in its beta phase and has been ever since, even with the introduction of the iPhone 5.

The Cupertino-based organization has been improving Siri since its 2011 introduction. An example of Siri's improvements can be seen in its support for the Japanese language along with its existing English, French and German dialects.
With the rollout of iOS 7, Siri might finally be freed from "beta," according to 9to5Mac. Apple's Siri website no longer features references to Siri being in "beta."
Apple previously promoted Siri as "available in Beta only on iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPad with Retina display, iPad mini, and iPod touch (5th generation) and requires Internet access," according to the company's website. "Siri may not be available in all languages or in all areas, and features may vary by area. Cellular data charges may apply."
With the introduction of iOS 7, Apple changed its description of Siri. "Siri is available on iPhone 4s or later, iPad with Retina display, iPad mini, and iPod touch (5th generation) and requires Internet access. Siri may not be available in all languages or in all areas, and features may vary by area. Cellular data charges may apply."
As seen on beta versions during the summer, iOS 7's Siri will include a male voice.
The iOS 7 will also feature improvements to the Control Center, Notification Center, AirDrop, Photos, Safari, as well as the introduction of iTunes Radio.
"iOS 7 is completely redesigned with an entirely new user interface and over 200 new features, so it's like getting a brand new device, but one that will still be instantly familiar to our users," said Apple's Senior Vice President of Software Engineering Craig Federigh in a statement. "Next month we'll be shipping our 700 millionth iOS device, and we're excited about what our hundreds of thousands of iOS developers are doing to bring great new features to their apps."
Siri is only available on the iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPad mini, iPad with Retina Display and the fifth-generation iPod touch.
According to Apple, the iOS 7 launch will only include English, French and German language iterations. Additional languages will roll out over time.
