The Nokia Lumia 1020 is set to arrive in the United Kingdom.
According to the official Nokia U.K. Twitter, the Lumia 1020 Windows Phone 8 smartphone will be available on Sept. 12.

Although Nokia stated it will reveal carriers and prices at its U.K. launch, Neowin reported 3UK and O2 will carry the Windows Phone 8 device.
Virgin Mobile has confirmed they will not carry the Lumia 1020, while EE and Vodafone have not issued a statement.
Retailer Carphone Warehouse has confirmed the Nokia smartphone will be in stock.
O2 has also confirmed it will exclusivly carry the 64GB model of the Lumia 1020.
The U.K. launch comes as U.S. mobile carrier AT&T reduced the price of the Lumia 1020 to $199.99 from $299.99.

As Latinos Post reported, AT&T's price also impacted its "AT&T Next" plan. The mobile carrier had originally priced the Windows Phone 8 smartphone for $33 with AT&T Next, but the price has been cut to $27 for the next 20 months.
The price cut was echoed on Amazon.com. The website is selling the Lumia 1020 for $199.99 for costumers wanting to sign up for an individual or family plan. In addition, the smartphone's new price is eligible for AT&T customers who want to upgrade their device or add a new line of service.
The Lumia 1020's features include a 4.5-inch screen with 1,280x768 pixels covered in Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The new Windows Phone 8 device has 32GB of internal storage for 2GB of RAM. The device includes a front-facing camera with 1.2 megapixels, and also packs a 2,000mAh battery.
