Elizabeth Olsen continues to build speculation about her inclusion in the upcoming "Avengers: Age of Ultron."
During her appearance at the Toronto International Film Festival, the actress expressed her desire to work alongside "Avengers" star Robert Downey Jr.
"I would do anything with him," she said, according to Yahoo. "If he was part of a project and I could be in any scene with him, I would do it hands down. He's so talented. And so smart. You just don't have that kind of humor unless you're smart."
Downey Jr. plays Iron Man in the franchise and is easily the film's most popular character. Surprisingly, Olsen was never asked about her participation in the "Avengers," despite being rumored to play the Scarlet Witch in the upcoming movie.
Back in August, reports indicated that Saoirse Ronan, director Joss Whedon's first choice to play the Scarlet Witch, had turned down the role. Shortly after, speculation started that Olsen was set to be her replacement as Quicksilver's sister.
Olsen would be a solid choice as she is set to star alongside Aaron Taylor Johnson in the upcoming "Godzilla" reboot. Taylor-Johnson is currently rumored to take on the role of Quicksilver and has constantly made references to playing the character during interviews.
"I feel really flattered and honored that they came to me for that role," Taylor-Johnson said during an interview a few weeks ago with Collider. "I think he's an interesting character, and we're just gonna keep going into that. I sat down with Joss, I think he's awesome; I sat down with the guys at Marvel and they're also great. I think it'd be interesting."
Their current partnership in that film could only help build the brother-sister chemistry required of the Quicksilver-Scarlet Witch duo.
"Avengers: Age of Ultron" is set for release in 2015.
