There are no wedding plans for Elizabeth Gutiérrez and William Levy, and there won't be in the future, at least not in the near future the Mexican-American actress confirmed.
During an interview with Mexican TV show Hoy, the Californian actress affirmed that she was in no hurry to get to the altar, a position she shares with her boyfriend actor William Levy, with whom she has two small children.
After rumors surfaced that the actress was seeking to formalize her relationship, the actress took the opportunity to comment that she doesn't think it "necessary" to have a marriage certificate.
"I think family is what's important. We have a wonderful family. If it happens, it'll happen, we're not in a hurry to get there. I think the union we have is stronger than a simple paper; when it has to happen, it'll happen," Gutiérrez said, according to People en Español.
Gutiérrez has lived in Mexico with her children for a few months, decision she took so her family would be close to William Levy while he finishes acting in "La Tempestad," a telenovela by Televisa.
When asked about the rumors that spoke of a possible relationship between the Cuban acotr and his Mexicanco-star Ximena Navarrete, Gutiérrez said she was not worried by such comments, which she considered a part of the media.
"It's a part of the show, I'm also an actress I know what's going on. The important thing is to have good communication between us; I think we've managed it will so far," she affirme.
