A woman from the United Kingdom published a picture of a strawberry grown in her garden that weirdly grew in the shape of a penis, so the picture went viral on social networks.
According to Publimetro, Carole Collen was the first one to be surprised with the fruit rarity, so she didn't hesitate to take a picture and show it to her family and friends who later posted it on social networks. "When I saw it I just thought 'Oh my God.' It immediately reminded me of the male member and I had to take a picture," said the 52-year-old woman.
Because of its weird and peculiar shape, Collen said she will preserve it by freezing it. The woman, a mother of two and a Dartford, UK native, added that she wished the fruit was bigger and she wouldn't hesitate to eat it as a regular strawberry with cream.
Collen's strawberry isn't the only fruit that has suffered mutations in the growth process where the final results have been compared with human body parts. The Tejiendo el mundo blog shows a series of pictures of apples, potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, squash and carrots in strange shapes of feet, hands, sexual members and other nature curiosities.
