The next Nokia Lumia smartphone has allegedly leaked online.

According to a new report, the Nokia Lumia 1520 will be the Finnish company's next device.

The Lumia 1520 will follow the "phablet" formula, which means it is too big to be considered a smartphone yet smaller than a traditional tablet. A photo of the alleged Lumia 1520 surfaced on the Internet that showcased the red model of the phablet and the live tiles.

"The [Lumia 1520's image] was leaked to us and while we cannot confirm it, we have a suspicion that is accurate," reported Daniel Rubino of WPCentral. "For one, it comes with what looks like an optional back case with a front cover to protect the display. We also wouldn't be surprised if it adds Qi wireless charging capability as well. It's placed next to what appears to be a Lumia 1020 for size comparison."

As WPCentral noted, the Lumia 1520 will sport a 6-inch 1080p screen with a polycarbonate body instead of metal, which has been used for the Lumia 925. The Lumia 1520 reportedly has a 20-megapixel rear-facing camera and a quad-core Snapdragon CPU.

A Reuters report suggested Nokia will debut the phablet on either Sept. 26 or Sept. 27.

The Lumia 1520 is expected to join mobile carrier AT&T. The phablet will then be added to other carriers by November.
