Break out those fall jackets. Brush off all the dust, iron out the summer wrinkles, maybe even throw them in the wash. Fall is just around the corner. It's time to start looking ahead. Not only is it important to prepare for the weather, but also the fully loaded fall television lineup. TV's heavy hitters are making their way back, but in order to pave the way, one tremendous summer series is winding down.
There are only four episodes remaining in the third season of USA Network's "Suits," and tensions at the firm couldn't be higher. Mike and Rachel's relationship has been taken down a long windy road throughout the course of the season, and now their wavering love story is only becoming more complicated. Rumors of Rachel's decision to head to Stanford have circulated around the firm, and now TV Guide helps smooth out the details.
Rachel has yet to get into Stanford law, but whatever happens, fans will know by the end of the season. That's going to take a little bit, as law schools do," said executive producer Aaron Korsh. "She is going to keep pursuing this and it will build through the fall [episodes]. We have decided what she will do and we will answer that before the season is over. That won't be [a cliff-hanger]."
As Meghan Markle, who plays Rachel on the show, previously hinted, there are more twists and turns for the couple in the near future.
"It won't be quite as volatile as it's been the past two seasons," Markle said. "Now they're on a learning curve of figuring out what a real relationship looks like when you are doing it at the office and they're trying to keep it a secret." We all know how that typically ends, especially in television.
"Suits" airs Tuesday nights on USA.
