The Mexican actress and singer Lucero, known as the "Bride of America," recently said that she's looking to make a new album that will include a DVD recorded live.
According to La Opinión, the ambitious project is consistent with the momentum the artist is enjoying, who said that she feels satisfied with all aspect of her life. "I feel very satisfied with everything happening to me at a personal level and also professionally, my children are at an incredible age, I feel complete and it's cool to be able to capture that feeling in album that remains forever," she said.
Lucero, who has been recently seen in the lead role of "Por Ella Soy Eva," said that the new album, which will be the third live album of her music career, will have a single that premieres in September. The complete album will be released in November of this year.
In 1999, the artist recorded "Un Lucero En La México," under the Sony Music record label, which focused on the concert that took place in "La Plaza De Toros." The material contained 32 songs that were edited into two albums in late 1999. The second live album, "Lucero en vivo, Auditorio Nacional," which was recorded 8 years later, included 24 songs. The concert which the album was based on covered songs from Lucero's 18th studio album "Quiereme Tal Como Soy."
The singer recently announced that besides the live album, she has plans to tour Central and South America. The tour will take place to be able to thank the thousands of fans she has garnered in over three decades of her music career, according to La Opinión. However, there are no dates or official announcements of the start and destinations of the tour.
