With the news of the Mega Evolutions, three new Pokémon for the sixth generation have been revealed.
The first of the three new Pokémon is the pre-evolution of Gogoat. Skiddo is also a Grass-type Pokémon that is said to have a very gentle nature. Skiddo is apparently the first Pokémon to live alongside humans and is therefore able to read the feelings of its riders via its horns.

The pre-evolution of Gogoat is capable of learning the move Leaf Blade, which throws sharp leaves like a sword.
The second new Pokémon is Bunnelby. The bunny-like Pokémon is a Normal-type pocket monster with large ears that can shovel the ground. Bunnelby's ears are strong enough to chop through trees and learn the Ground-type move Dig, which allows the Pokémon to burrow underground during the first turn, and then release damage during the next move.

Finally, continuing the tradition of "cute" rodents in each generation is Dedenne. With a face similar to previous rodents such as Pikachu and Emolga, Dedenne is a dual Electric-and-Fairy-type Pokémon that can communicate with allies with its antennae-shaped whiskers. Dedenne, with the Ability of Cheek Pouch, will regain HP following eating a Berry. The new Pokémon can also learn the new move Nuzzle, an Electric-type move that can result in paralyzing the opponent.
"Pokémon X and Y" is set for an Oct. 12 worldwide release date for the Nintendo 3DS.
Meanwhile, Pokémon fans who pre-order either version of the games at GameStop will receive a "Pokémon X and Y" poster featuring the Kalos region map and legendary Pokémon Xerneas and Yveltal. The posters, however, are in limited supply.
