ABC's "Castle" will return for its sixth season come September. As it gears up for its return, more and more cast members join the team, beefing up the already impressive cast.
To begin, Antonio Sabato Jr. from "The Bold and the Beautiful" will make a guest appearance on at least one episode this season. He'll play Ramon Russo, an actor known for his role on the fictional 90s sitcom "2 Cool for School," a knock-off of "Saved By the Bell." When one of the actors is murdered, Esposito, Castle and Ryan jump on the cast, according to TV Guide.
For a more impressive arc, Joshua Bitton will join the cast as Grant "Sully" Sullivan, a new detective who wants to make a name for himself in the 12th Precinct, according to TVLine. Bitton will star in at least several episodes and has the potential to sign on for more in the future. Could he be filling Kate Beckett's shoes if she moves to Washington? Only time will tell.
"Castle" will return to ABC September 23.
