Harrison Ford refused to speak of his involvement in the new "Star Wars Episode VII."
During a conversation with MTV at Comic-Con, the actor was asked about Han Solo. However Ford said he was not ready to speak about the character. He said, " 'You talkin' to me? "I'm not prepared at this time to have an in-depth conversation about - what did you call it again? - 'Star Wars, I can't talk about it."
MTV continued to ask questions about the new installment and Ford decided to reveal his admiration for direct J.J Abrams. He said, "I think he's a great storyteller. He's developed an enormous filmmaking skill. I think it's a daunting project and he's the kind of guy that can take on huge challenges and deliver... He's an awful nice guy."
Ford is in San Diego to promote his new film 'Ender's Game." However fans are more interested in his return to "Star Wars." During the panel to "Ender's Game," fans approached him with questions about Hans Solo. One asked him if Solo would make a good soldier for Col. Hyrum Graff, the character Ford plays in "Ender's Game."
The actor responded, "You know, you and I have a lot in common. I used to dream about being Indiana Jones when I was younger. Not so much anymore. I don't think Han Solo would be good as a soldier in anybody's army. I think he's what we call now an independent contractor."
Ford is rumored to reprise Han Solo in "Star Wars Episode VII." The film will skip Comic-Con and instead will appear at D23 where Disney is expected to announce the cast of the film and plot details. Michael Arndt the screenplay that Abrams will direct.
The movie is slated for release in with production commencing in 2014.
