It's Comic-Con time. It's a time to celebrate. A time to revel in our favorite comics, cartoons, movies, television series and more. As the week unfolds, panels share unseen material from their most recent films or upcoming seasons with diehard fans that are overly eager to get a small taste of what's the come. It's a showcase. A giant teaser. Everyone saves their big guns for Comic-Con, and HBO's "Game of Thrones" is no exception.
"Game of Thrones" is currently in its offseason until next spring, leaving its massive fan base with nothing but the books to tie them over. Luckily for them, one of the show's most lovable characters, Jon Snow, squeezed time in to sit down and talk about the character and what's next for season 4.
"He's pretty emo, Jon," said Kit Harrington, who plays Jon on the show. "He'd listen to come pretty depressing music."
Harrington spent a lot of time shooting in the snow and offered some advice to those who ever find themselves in an expansive artic tundra.
"You huddle up in between takes because it's minus 30," he said. "All the actors and extras, we kind of get together as penguins do and huddle up and try and keep warm that way."
He also talked about how incredible the white walkers are as monsters. When comparing them to zombies and other monsters you see on television these days, he said, "They'd kick ass. I think they'd win. I don't' know, I just find the white walkers so horrific, so terrifying."
And what about next season? "I know what happens. I was thinking, 'How are they going to follow last season?'" he said. "And they really have followed it. It's tremendous. It's very epic." Watch the entire interview below.
"Game of Thrones" will return to HBO in the spring.
