The 2012 London Olympics is slated to begin tomorrow July 27, 2012 and proceed until August 12, 2012, the date of the closing ceremony.

London - 9:00 p.m. London Time
USA Eastern- 4:00 p.m.
USA Central - 3:00 p.m.
USA Pacific - 1:00 p.m.
Location: Olympic Stadium at the Olympic Park, Stratford, London.
U.S. TV Schedule:
Time: 7:30 p.m. ET
Networks: NBC, NBC Sports, MSNBC, CNBC.
Although the ceremony technically begins at 4:00 p.m. ET, NBC will delay the coverage to the evening.

Opening Ceremony Program:
Receiving the Head of State - The Head of State of the host state is received by the President of the International Olympic Committee. Her Majesty the Queen will be greeted by Jacques Rogge.
Parade of Athletes - Athletes representing the participating nations start entering the Olympic Stadium. Greece enters first, the host nation enters last.
Speeches - LOCOG Chair Seb Coe will give a speech, followed by Jacques Rogge. Head of State will declare the Games open.
Olympic Anthem and Flag - Olympic Flag is carried into the Stadium and hoisted into the air. Anthem is played.
Oaths - An athlete, judge and coach from the Host Nation holding a corner of the IOC flag in their left hand and raising their right, take the Oath, vowing to compete and judge according to the rules of their respective sport,.
The Torch and Cauldron - Olympic Flame brought into Stadium. It is given to the final Torchbearer who will lights the Cauldron.
Performers - 15,000 people will take part in the London 2012 Opening and Closing Ceremonies. About one billion will watch it.
