The Staples offer for the Microsoft tablet includes a preloaded Office Home and Student 2013 RT edition.

The Surface with Windows RT offer is eligible between July 14 and July 20. The purchase of the $349 Surface with Windows RT does not include a Touch Cover keyboard, which will cost the consumer an additional $100.

The price drop comes after reports stated Microsoft is considering slashing the Surface with Windows RT's cost for both 32GB and 64GB models. According to The Verge, Microsoft allegedly plans to price the 32GB to $349.99, as seen with the Staples offer, and $449.99 for the 64GB variant. The Surface with Windows RT with Touch Cover would be an additional $100 for both 32GB and 64GB models.

Features for the Surface with Windows RT include a 10.6-inch ClearType Widescreen with 1,366x768 pixels. The Microsoft tablet utilizes the quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor and has 2GB of RAM. The Surface with Windows RT is also able to connect with Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n.
