The Xbox One is scheduled for a release in November, and with the news that the Xbox One will not be backwards compatible out of the way, Microsoft has begun announcing plans for their accessories. This includes accessories that Microsoft is making, as well as third-party accessories for the console. Let's take a look at what will be available to gamers for the Xbox One, based on a report by IGN.

Microsoft has only announced that they will make an official Xbox One headset and recharge kit for the console. The headset looks very familiar, with very few changes to the actual headset, with the controls moved down closer to where the headset connects to the controller. The recharge kit also looks very similar to the Xbox 360 versions of the device, with Microsoft claiming that batteries will be charge in less than four hours with the accessory.

Turtle Beach will be releasing two different Xbox One headsets, both of which are of the more luxurious model of headsets. The devices have big cushioned earpieces with a fold-out boom mike. The Turtle Beach headsets can work with multiple other consoles.

Polk is also releasing a Xbox One headset as well, in addition to a surround sound bar called the N1 SurroundBar. This will allow a surround sound style experience with multiple settings for different types of games, as well as a customized setting.

Finally, Mad Catz and Microsoft have come together to create Arcade FightStick Tournament Edition 2 fighting stick controller. The first and so far only fighting stick for the Xbox One is claiming to be highly customizable and designed with the fighting game community in mind. So far, however, the only fighting game confirmed so far for Xbox One is Killer Instinct.

Look out for more Xbox One accessory news as we get closer to the console's release.
