After Ann Curry left the "Today" show set, all of her fans and followers have been curious about just what the former co-host has been up to lately.
Even though most of those who have avidly followed during her time in the show are aware that her next move will consist in working as NBC's anchor-at-large, most were left wondering just when that would happen.
Perhaps, Curry's current hiatus from work and TV is well deserved since she has for years heralded significant and important news to millions of people in the U.S.
She has even apparently given her Twitter account a break since no new tweets have been made since before her well chronicled departure.
However, thanks to Diane Clehane and her lunching at Michael's in Midtown Manhattan, we have a chance to hear that Curry seems to be fine and in good spirits apparently as she was spotted lunching too with company.
Clehane is Mediabirstro's Lunch Columnist and during her lunch interval on July 18, she in her column shared having seen Ann Curry accompanied by Bob Barnett, the attorney representing her in contract negotiations with NBC.
According to Clehane, Curry looked happy "graciously chatting with well-wishers and friends." [MediaBistro]
Finally, Curry fans may find some peace with that news now and patiently wait for her TV re-appearance until she is ready to proceed.
