Week one million and something: still no word from E. L. James or Universal Studios on the Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele front. Fans have remained patient, waiting out the long, dreary days, anxious of any official casting news. Tensions are running high as frustration runs rampant. If no decision is reached within the subsequent weeks, well, words cannot describe the atrocities that would ensue. But fans remain resilient, doing all they can to ail their woes. A slew of fan polls and mock trailers have proven who "50 Shades of Grey" fans would like to see grace the big screen as Ana and Mr. Grey, but as previously reported, there is still no word from James nor the studio. Let's pray that their decision will arrive with haste and careful consideration. Until then, the aspirations of the fans will have to keep the wheels turning.
Now with "Man of Steel" right around the corner, more and more fans are drooling over the prospect of Henry Cavill as Christian. The twittersphere is exploding with Cavill and "50 Shades" commentary," establishing a scary parallel between Superman and Mr. Grey.

With Cavill sporting Superman's blue tights and long red cape, how could "50 Shades" advocates not get any inappropriate ideas?
